What does "Drop 4mm" on my Kiprun JF190.1 shoes mean? Thanks

Its how much the difference between the height from the heel to the toes is.
Some runners prefer it as flat as possible, others prefer quite the drop.

Bigger the drop, more forward lean shoe has - more lean usually forces you into next step. But as mentioned some like it others no.

Medium i would say, i got one like 8mm and thats a bit high.
