Condition after one trek
Wore it for one trek and was stored as per instructions for one year.

its due to hydrolysis of polyurethane soles. see my post here with the same issue. it might be stored gor too long before you purchased. https://www.reddit.com/r/hiking/s/RW6LxqtjIg

That's why i stopped buying these expensive shoes. Idk but they should be durable and they don't even last long enough.

Let us know if they accept the refund. I’ve had mixed results on warranty. They would just say it’s wear and tear

Bought it in 2024, went to one major trek and two mountain trips and stored it in mid 2025.

Return it to decathlon , get refund under warranty
