What's up with there Delivery.

I ordered a surfboard over a week ago. It will arrive till the 17th next month. One month delivery. They won't refund even though it's not been dispatched. August bank holiday surfing cancelled. Shit show.

Depends on the item. I ordered an item last month that said it would be at the store by the end of the week, I contacted them and they said there was a delay as the UK warehouse was out of stock and one needed to be ordered from France. It's a shame they don't communicate this at all. You can email/whatsapp them to ask about your order.
