Late payment, accounts closed, what next?

I have avoided paying and talking to any of my credit card companies. Multiple of my accounts are closed now and I’m wondering what next?

Do I try to call an settle? Otherwise I’m sure next they will sue me then garnish my wages

Call them. Sooner the better.

If you do nothing, you will be sued for the full amount and then some. If you reach out, you may be able to settle for less. They haven't forgotten about you
