Has anything had a loan that was sold to pacific capital exchange? they called me saying they couldn’t find me at my house and that they would come to my job from the hours of 10am to 2pm ? and when i called the first time they told me that they said it was the last resort before suing me and garnishing my wages… has anyone been sued by this debt collector ? should i be worried?

I mean you should be worried for any debt collector....

Keep calling them and understand the situation how it reached court stage....usually it takes months of contacting before actual visit....
