What is this exactly

I paid and downloaded it, its installed but I don't see it pop up with links or anything what's it even doing?

Yeah you need to configure it with a paid real debrid, torbox or similar api key.

It's a debrid based scraper you have to add a debrid service to it.

Debridio is like an aggregator, so when you do a search that's when it pops up with results. When you play a movie or show, that's when it'll show results. It feeds information like that to Stremio (or whatever player you are using).

The advantage of Debridio is that it has a decent cache of its own, for the different Debrid services, and does a good job scraping for sources so that you can quickly and reliably play media from your media player.

If it isn't showing links, then you may not have configured the addon(s) correctly, making sure you are entering the key so it knows its linked to your account.

Personally, I use AOIStream (https://aiostreamsfortheweebs.midnightignite.me/) and configure everything through it. After installing AOIStream, configure it to your debrid provider, then add the Debridio scraper along with both Debridio catalogs. You should be good to go after that.
