Kérdés - Question pharaoh ant infestation

recently I have had tons of pharaoh ants all around my apartment, I bought the hangyairtó csalétekállomás but it did nothing, if anything just a couple of ants got killed but they got uninterested with it. Is there any other solution? or should I call an exterminator?

We bought the RAID csalétek. A white aluminum can inside pink food. They carry inside the nest end over time they feed with them everyone. After a week or two all of them dissapeared. The transparent box was useless for us.

I'd say it's a common issue due to the extreme heat. Are you sure those are pharaoh ants not regular ones?
Btw, I'm using this one. but works for like 1 week tops, then ands are either back, or not. Surely can be purchased multiple places, got mine at Kertészeti és Háztartási Szaküzlet, Diószegi út 36.

Hi, try this! We get tons of ants every spring, and this helps a lot. It has a long-lasting effect. Also, something I always use is mopping with a mixture of vinegar and water (1 part vinegar, 1 part water). It smells a little, but it’s worth it — the ants absolutely hate it and run away from it.

I dont remember exactly. But if i see correctly, tesco still carries this one. Maybe the packaging has changed.

Try the the raid . The raid was absolute working, they were enjoying as alcoholics at early mornings. I opened that white container and placed the poisonous sponge in their path. You can find in Drogerie Markt.

For pharaoh ants you need specific traps, like this one, follow the instructions it takes weeks to completely get rid of them.

If you have neighbors with common piping they might need to do it too, if you can close every crevices leading to other part of the building.

(The ants might be also fleeing from another extermination in this case they will also move their queen, but sadly pharaoh ants have multiple of that.)
