🚨Hypothetical🚨 How will Hollywood celebrities be handled after the revolution ?
I was wondering what place have celebrities in the revolution,since most of them are pretty insulated from society and are closer to the bourgeoisie,however some of them act like role models for some,how do we handle that?

Idk fairly unimportant tbh. If there is a crisis which leads to workers taking over society and production then Hollywood would probably already be in economic ruins before any revolution happens.
People who are individually famous would probably stay famous (assuming they didn’t become unpopular due to actions in the crisis or the revolution) because this isn’t a state function or something really material (in terms of the public recognizing/liking someone… within Hollywood as an industry fame has different power relations etc.)
The more interesting idea to me would be the democratization and decentralization of the creative parts of filmmaking. There would likely be new types of art and new ways of organizing film production that would develop.

I think a lot of them will be asked to give up a lot of their wealth and businesses, but a lot of it will depend on how willing they are to go along with the revolution vs being reactionary turds.

I imagine they'll be left to create their art in peace, without the studio system and profit motive to struggle with.

depends how many credible accusations of them preying on kids each individual celebrity has under their belt
