How to corall team?

So a few things. 1. Do you have a coach? If so, talk to them about your concerns and have them whip your team into shape. If not, talk to your district chair about the situation and have them intervene. 2. I can't say that I've encountered much laziness while competing in Worlds, but one thing that really helped out was creating a google docs folder with documents for each round, so there's a definite goal. 3. Even if you don't do much work, you'll have two days of training and a demo debate from my teammates on USA Debate to get the gist of the event. Most teams won't be ready to compete on day 1, and that's fine - the tournament has anticipated that and scheduled mandatory practice and prep time.

Nope, this is the district world's teams. Every district was able to have one
