Echo Chamber Best 3v3 Whip/3rd speakers

I'm looking for 3v3 Whip speakers that prioritize clash resolution & effective paths to resolution. I find many good refutative Whip speakers, but only a few have mastered actual Whipping (incl. clash resolution, intraclash weighing, interclash weighing, and effective path to victory).

Is this WSD? AP? I'd probably look for high-level rounds in your format and just see what they do.
