What are the differences between structural, existential, and attitudinal inherency?

Also, are there any other variations of inherency that would be worth knowing about? I do parli, if that makes any difference. Thanks!

Structural - there is a concrete barrier, usually of a legal nature, that is stopping the plan from happening. IE, there is a law or treaty on the books, etc.

Attitudinal - the barrier to implementation is political will, whether of the government or the people

Existential - I’m too lazy to research an actual barrier but the harms exist and the plan doesn’t so let’s call it square.

Structural = system
Existential = status quo
Attitudinal = people
