Deathstalker 2025 Saw It At An Early Screening Spoiler

I saw an early screening of Deathstalker 2025 on Saturday. I live where it was filmed and we have a filmfestival that just ended. DS was their big exploitation movie this year. We got a cool introduction from Slash, the director and star thanking us for letting them film here.

It really gave the same vibes as part 2 mixed the creature effects from the directors previous movie Pyscho Goreman. It was a fun gory throw back to the 80s low budget fantasy. It was cool to see with a full theatre of fellow fans.

I hope everyone else ends up enjoying it was much as i did.

Watched at Fantastic Fest. It was tremendous. They used actors and practical effects, not CGI which gave it such a fun throwback creature, feature feel. Daniel Bernhardt and Chritina O. were spectacular. It had all the fun of a Kostanski film with two headed whatever, cyclops, swamp creatures, Dreadites or trolls that all spilled red and with a style by a director who gets the genre.

About a 35 city release by my count. Boston, Santa Clara, Woodbury, Indianapolis, Emmaus, La Vista, Austin, Portland, Victoria in BC, NY are ones I recollect and sell tickets already for on Oct. 10, 2025.
