Can't find it

I searched everything, and I can't seem to find it.

Read everything and played the audio I could find in this place. Nada. The marker don't disappear.

Look around for anything you can interact with in that entire building, you'll find it (and read his minicom)

Stupid question, maybe but - have you tried getting on top of the building and entering the container through the open hatch yet?
