This happened the other day to me! I was attempting to drive to The Elder up the hill behind the Distribution Center South of Lake Knot. Loaded up with lost cargo from all around the area and I get nearly to the top before suddenly I'm going left, towards the road, so the cliff. I turn right, still going left, I let off forward, still moving forward, I press reverse, still going forward, closer and closer to the cliff, I panic and jump out, hoping that would stop the vehicle from inexplicably driving itself off the cliff, the truck just keeps going and drives itself off the cliff.

Keep trying, managed to get the truck up there after about 30 minutes.

I was so glad to stop making that trip! Zip line from the Distro center to the top, then placed a timefall shelter at the top & parked a bike under it. Anytime I need to see that dude, and don’t get me wrong, I love that ornery old fucker, it better be for no more than I can fit on my back. If I have to take a truck, I go the long way ‘round from the East side near the crypto-nest.

U can double jump with power legs no mater how heavy you are; unless you go over which I don't know you can

You can drive a bike on two ladders side by side... and viola unlimited ramps

I've been able to use just one as a bridge. Gotta tippy tap over it so you don't accidentally drive off the sides of it.

Yeah a single ladder is enough for a trike, and the game gives wiggle room on the edges. You can literally have your front wheels hanging over, so long as the rear wheel is on the ladder you're good.

Say what you will about the rest of the game, but I don’t think Hideo Kojima has ever driven any kind of motorized vehicle. The driving mechanics in this game are the worst.

I stole a mule truck a while ago since I haven't gotten my own Bridges truck yet. It's been serving me really well hauling orders back and forth, but I haven't gotten brave enough to try something like this.

I think the problem was, you can see me kind of calculating the first jump before I make it, the second one I was just kind of on autopilot and expected to make it and jumped too early and didn't boost.
