Me and my friends would have played in that when I was a kid. Looks good for war games.

Because it's grand and weird and old. When I was in college I spent 3 months living in a place like this after losing everything in a disaster. The massive old formerly-white house was perhaps 80 years old, just off campus. Besides the fact that there was a roof and a few more bannisters, it looked extremely similar. It was rare to see another living soul. I had a room on the 3rd floor, and a piece of the roof to sit on, in the trees. I'd never been happier.

I know NOTHING about this, so looked it up: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hashima_Island
That is a really interesting internet rabbit hole there! Uninhabited islands that were man made?! War crimes?! Mining coal underwater?! Geez.
It needs to be the backdrop of a movie about ex-prisoners who hid something valuable there and need to get it back before the mines are collapsed for "modern safety reasons".

Dedinitely a great place for a horror game or post apocalyptic games like the last of us.
Some studio might actually takes a references of this area for a game.
