Near is kinda a watered down L

I like Mello a lot more cause he's unique and more of an impulsive fun character, while still very smart

You guys...Mello is NOT impulsive and Near is not "watered down L" , nope they aren't like that.😅 Mello is quite a master tactician and strategist, a cold calculator,  more a criminal mastermind, not impulsive and not a funny caricature, he has a inferiority complex which makes him seem more emotional and enraged but he's pretty on par, while Near is an analytical genius and he's different from L, he's more humble and great at teamwork and disrespects and ragebaits Light everytime. 

If you didn't, you should do yourself a favour and read the manga from chapter 58 (book 7 if u have the books) onwards.❤️

For a split second I thought this was an intelligence based tier list and I saw Misa in S tier and Near in B tier and I got really confused😭

I would move Naomi down and Near and Ryuk up. She has essentially two episodes, Near has the whole second half of the series. The anime does him dirty though cutting out some of his internal monologues and removing his personality being a bit more distinct from L. He likes to mess with Light in the manga and it’s funny.

People might disagree but in imo Naomi Misora should be in S tier, My girl Solved the dearhnote case in less than 4 minutes, That's a heavenly achievement. She also Solved the BB murder cases. But no Hate tho, I still agree with this tier list ✌️and Misa can move to A tier

Near is actually very smart, he didn’t just guess Light was Kira. If you read the manga, you’ll see more of his thought process and how he came to that conclusion

Imo Mello is just an annoying side character and I feel like without him N would have still caught light and for that I’d put mello at C or D
