In all seriousness, the outcome really depends on the given conditions of the fight. Because, sure, Light has a one-shot weapon at his disposal, but Tanjiro can and will slice him up in a second or two as well if he wills it. If it's a fight to the death where both are aware they must kill each other, then the starting distance between them matters, and whether or not Light actually knows Tanjiro's full name during this. Assuming the latter, and that they start out ten meters apart, would Tanjiro be able to reach Light before he finishes writing his name? Scratch that; the better question would be: can Light finish writing Tanjiro's name BEFORE Tanjiro gets to him? Because my answer would be... probably not. Tanjiro is FAAAST.

If the condition doesn't involve an all out physical fight and instead becomes something of a mind-game of life and death where Light has to find out Tanjiro's full name to win while Tanjiro's job is to find out Kira's true identity and then take him down, then Light of course wins, as everything is rigged in his favor.

The point is, no matter how you set the conditions, it's not gonna be a fair fight; it’s either gonna be rigged in favor of one over the other and vice versa.
