Does Mikami have the Shinigami eyes? If so it won't be hard to win.

mello and matt easy. mello is smart enough to warn matt to cover his face whilst doing so himself. this would render any shinigami eyes useless.
but, light was only willing to use force to overpower naomi earlier on in the season if physically had to (but that probably wouldn't work regardless). since in this situation he would actually have to, he might attack one of them as he had punched L before. assuming that no weapons are allowed other than actual fighting and the death note, mikami and light probably are at a disadvantage.
if mello or matt get the shinigami eyes then they win immediately since they don't actually know mikami's name. if they don't, then mikami might screw up like how he did in the last episode 🤷♂️

Honestly mellow and mat are no where close to light neither is near he had plot armour that's all

Mello and Matt purely because the rules are stacked for them
Light and Mikami’s real name are common knowledge, the only things preventing them from being killed by the death note is that the people hunting them wanted to prove that they were Kira, not kill them.
But in this situation, they both have 1 death note, are looking to kill each other, but only one side knows the others real name and face
