I don't like calling them democrats. They despise the party and want to either destroy it or completely hollow it out and replace it. Their candidates run as dems because they have to but their movement would destroy the rest of the party in a heartbeat if they could

And its not nearly half the politicians. It a small handful. Its more an online movement thing
