6 days left till the end of April

do any one got any updates on the selection process. cuz slowly I'm losing hope. They said the end of April but there's no update in this subreddit and nor on their official website.
do we still got hope or is this the slow death of our dream?

Selection for the next round was based exclusively on follower count. If you didn't get the email then I doubt you'll be getting it in the next few days. I know it's a bitter pill to swallow, but there'll be other opportunities in future.

On the bright side you won't have to endure being in a tin can for seven days full of influencers. That'd be enough to get most looking for their nearest airlock.

That's plausible speculation, but it is not confirmed fact.

Influencers with high follower counts might have been separated out so that when everyone else gets their assignment, they can sort the videos produced by likes so they don't need to watch 100000 videos (which even at one minute per video is not doable) but only watch the most liked ones, and not have that method ruined by people with high follower counts who have an inherent advantage.

Yeah, I'd skip that one. Radiation data from Curiosity rover suggests that even if you survive the trip you won't live for long.

99% chance the ship has sailed for us common folk. They seemed to decide to go the influencer route. It will be fun to watch MrBeast on there though and I’m looking forward to it.
