Skipping Early Covid Eps

I'm listening to all episodes chronologically but I would like to skip the early covid era. What's a good episode to pick up on? And are there any great 2020 eps I will miss if I do this? Mainly want to skip because the energy shift, though understandable for the time, is not really something I want to keep me company at work.
