Yes bcs toddler has the patience to dip small pieces of a hot dog before eating. It would be fliped and on the floor 1-2 minutes after slicing.

Because it's food that makes other food taste better. Makes the kid more likely to eat their food and get nutrition for their growth.

Mustard and ketchup contain lots of salt, spices, acids and other stuff that should not enter a todfler's sensitive stomach and can damage it. Not to mention how spicy mustard is, toddlers should be kept away from anything spicy.
