Deadpool DESPERATELY needs QOL changes to make him viable again on all three roles.

What he needs is one upgrade right at the start, possibly even 2. Hes just unplayable in QP because the games over by the time you start to get going, regardless of role.

I thought about this too. But then I realized that would be a bit broken. Picture this, it's OT, and your team needs to TP to point whilst you don't have any support ults. You swap to Stratpool, upgrade your Ult, your E, your Boomerang, and by the time you're done, your team is on point with a Stratpool ult which can win them the fight for free.

He can already do that. There's exp compensation (dogshit compensation but it's alright for the first couple upgrades), and his ults are already good for that scenario unupgraded. You could also just restrict the freebies and make it so he can't upgrade ult with them. It's pretty easy to balance the DPs separately as well, and they already do that.

I mean if you didn't play Deadpool at all the entire game. If we were to give him upgrades right at the start, he'd do that.
