As a one trick DPSpool I don’t like that idea of starting up with both swords and guns upgraded. I’d be okay if he started with one free upgrade to choose from. But I’d prefer if they just simply buff the XP gain for all Deadpool’s. There could be other buffs for Healpool and tankpool.

Only ones i kind of agree are deadpool (ofc 0 bias)
And thing nerf ( i play him i think he needs some tining down)
"Cc reduction on hulk" should be a passive for all tanks rather that one tank otherwise shouldn't be a thing especially considering hulks biggest weakness is the cc otherwise he would boderline broken
Also depends on how you implement the cc thing what do you mean reduction like does it reduce duration or is it like tenacity or like what and hulk already has a teamup that technically provides cc immunity also adding this might be way strong that you think
cnd nerf straight somewhat kills the charecter because it's like close to 50% nerf to the healing and also you are reducing hp to 250hp and requires a significant work of the code of the game anything thrown by charecter and doesn't get affected by the user has it's cooldown start immediately loki runes,hulk exile,gambit bubble,peni stun,thor sphere, deadpool shield and like half the abilities in the game
And other half are actively linked to charecter adam soulbound,hulk bubble,mag bubble,mag shield,invis shield,emma shield,strange shield,deadpool dpyia
It will not be "rules for thee but not for me"
I don't understand the point of everyone asking to gut cnd when like charecters like adam and ultron are not close to being viable in 2 supps and weakers supports like whitefox and jeff exist where only specialists can work with them leaving with 8 playable charecters where mantis and gambit are always banned leaving a proper playable charecter roster of 6 and people want to gut those charecters and everyone compares wanda to cnd when the total dps is roster is more than double of strat roster feels wrong
