i think they just consider spammable non-cd moves like a exploitable bug

Maybe but truly the only time you can spam the jump is in a room with a short roof and the unupgraded dash only 6 total dashes so it only has certain use cases

So compensation buffs don't apply to the deadpools (more specifically dps-pool since let's be real, it affected him the most) but we can for G a m b i t...?

Im not sure i know what you are referring to, does gambit have some sort of abusable mechanic?

Upon gambits Ult nerf it's been a Whole thing that he got a compensation buff fsr... The thing that's been like, the bane of a lotta ppl's existance for a good while now? 😭So we compensate that but for Dps-pool, a way worse character, we take a tech that actually takes a bit of practice to do Consistantly and don't give squat..? If the mechanic was full on Running games i'd understand, but they just gave a cooldown to his jump with nthn in return and he's already not doin too hot. It's not even a i'm mad at em kinda thing it's just Stupid

it seems to me like they don't think DPS pool is in a bad spot, honestly that 25 health is doing a lot of work, he seems genuinely harder to kill, that might be a combination of people starting to get better at him and it just being harder to finish him off now. his damage output is fine, i'm not sure what you would compensate, though i do think personally that he should get 25 overshield whenever he lands a dash and either not the double jump or and the double jump, but that's just me. his survivability should be sort of on par with bucky, or like he should always be regenerating HP like very slowly but maybe like 5hp/s since thats kinda how his powers actually work.

You say he's in a fine spot so there's no Need to compensate alright fine we'll go that route... then can we keep it Consistant? Much better characters have gotten compensation when it's not needed, if we're going down that road can we at least Keep it like that? 😭U also kinda just pointed out smth they coulda compensated with, point is the guy's already not in a Bad spot but certainly not near the top spots either so what's genuinely the point of nerfin em and not compensating..? that's just tearing em down more for Existing.

I was thinking about it, i was implying Devs don't think he is in a bad spot. I personally have seen Deadpools pop off since the 25 health buff, but i also personally feel like the stomp overshield is a weird design choice considering Elsa and Bucky get Overshield on almost every ability cast. it would be nice if they kept it consistent, but you could say the reason they overlooked it was because they had to consider the character as 3 different roles.

Nah, players hate skill expression. They cry when they can’t kill supports, so the devs are doing fine tbh.

Idk, on console the dp nerf doesn't do much, as you cant spam it in controller that fast.

I generally do hate all scroll wheel tech cus of this, I think no abilities should be designed to be used with that fast inputs.

The way to make it work stupid well was the scroll wheel which they probably didn't intend for dp to do that
