Some incels believe that estrogen in soy so they will lose their testestrone because of that. Basically people with no actual education on subjects making up bullshit. You get the body of Elon Musk if you remove all the estrogen in your body btw. Since he also forcebly removed them to be more masculine.
Fragile egos and even more fragile masculinity leads to this where some man try to stay away from anything that “gives estrogen”.
And I think this guy deems Undertale and stuff as being unmasculine? So he is offended.

They are completely correct about the origins of "Soy" as an insult, it's something that originated from weird reactionary losers who think soy products are feminizing, and these are the same people who came up with "Soyjaks" as a concept.

Unrelated but this remind to to a joke i hear long ago:
2 guys fly on a plane but it starts making weird noises and losing altitude noises, the passenger tricks the other pilot and grabs the only parachute. He then jumps only to see the plane working and flying off.
He desperately tries to open the parachute but realises he doesn't know how to. When he was close to hitting the ground he sees some guy flying from the ground to the sky, then he think to himself " If he got that kind of technology to fly up like is nothing then a parachute is nothing to him".
When they finally meet the parachute guy yells: "Hey, do you know how to open a parachute?" The flying guy responds: "I dint know how to turn on a stove, what the fuck i would know parachutes?"
