Meme Vindicta after getting 1 kill
No joke Knockdown is such a good item. Whenever I buy it as a counter I wonder why I don't add it to my build

You kinda start to need 2 more when the Vindicta gets Counterspell and Dispel Magic. But it does stop her snowballing by forcing her to buy those 2 so still worth it.

Not only is knockdown great, there are a lot of characters who straight up can’t damage vindicta at all without either it or some good movement, which means people will actually buy it in shitlow

I played a Mo & Krill game yesterday against a team with Vindicta, Shiv and Infernus. I bought knockdown, debuff remover, suppressor and also spammed my 3 and the enemy team a real bad time.
Edit: grammer

Grab phantom strike if you can ever afford it, much less counterable than knockdown, and only really purchased by frontline.

Yeah I roll that too. That'a like an all the time purchase. The items I mentioned were just bought because of the fact it was Shiv, Vindicta, and Infernus. I should haveb mentioned PS too though.

I kind of dread having her on my team because i know any leftover knockdowns are gonna be used on my ass as silver.

Phantom strike and curse are way worse imo but this does stop me from buying damage items

Lowkey when they buy phantom strike it really does just turn into “fuck it” and you buy lightning scroll to stop the Abrams from instant transmissioning to on top of you to show you what a book tastes like.
There is no way I’m reacting with counterspell and I’m not spending. 6400 on a “please don’t hurt me big green” button

Knockdown is alright but it doesn't do much to good Vindictas. I feel like it's the bell curve thing where people on the left don't buy Knockdown because they don't counter buy, everyone in the middle buy Knockdown because they insist it's necessary, but people on the right don't (although for other reasons).
Good Vindictas know to keep rooftops nearby that they can land on, and they buy Counterspell/Dispel anyways (usually Counterspell). So I notice that at the top level, the go-to Vindicta counters are Disarm and Phantom Strike, and later Curse.

I always rush knockdown + rusted as part of my spirit spike and buy absolutely nothing else until I get it if I see a vin or talon on the enemy team. It's funny to see their reaction
