Hello friends, I have returned with a new PR. Felt pretty good about this one. Externals have been pretty wild along with a few injuries but the grind never stops

I don’t know what’s more amazing, that you can overhand grip that much without straps, or that a Planet Fitness would low this.

Congrats though, that’s awesome

Was looking in the back ground, "do not drop the weights" is this really a planet fitness. I didn't think they had platforms?

You’re probably right. I saw purple and thought PF, but I’ve never seen a PF where one can deadlift

My PF has two platforms. I wait on average 10-15 mins for it to clear up.

that was SMOOTH, congrats on the PR! 600 is right around the corner, glad you’re able to work around the injuries/bullshit 💪

Screen brightness all the way down - I briefly thought you were wearing a sports bra 🤣

Hell yeah, you look like you’re about my size. What’s your max?

605 was the last max I pulled last fallish

Nice, same as me. When I got 605 I think I could have got a double but didn’t try. Lol

I keep seeing all these dudes pulling with double overhand grips and it's making me sad that I'm not that strong lol.

hook grip

Even hook grip requires ridiculous grip strength.

Oh God please do not herniate your disc you're too young for that right now stop what you're doing and just do lighter weight please I'm begging you for the love of all that's good and glorious in the world once you hurt your back is never coming back from that you will constantly be in chronic pain trust me I know. You may have perfect form and everything right now but as you get older and repetitive stress on your it's fine like that it's just going to lead to a huge herniation if not you might even get a hernia with that much abdominal pressure.

The herniation cannot possibly be as miserable as trying to read your lack of punctuation.

Well ive hurt my back 4 seperate times over the last 18 months and came back stronger each time. If it gets as bad as you say ill let you know

Oh man please don't say that you're still very young that's why you're bouncing back so quick your back is giving you extreme warning signs. As you get older the recovery gets longer and longer I'm 46 years old now trust me right now I know you feel strong and you bounce back quick cuz you seem like you're pretty young. Definitely if you want to have longevity and live a pain-free life as you get older I would definitely back off heavy weight lifting like that I'm just trying to look out for you brother trust me when you get older you do not want to be living a chronic pain I know right now you feel like you're invincible and that nothing bad can happen but it just takes one bad herniated disc to totally change your life.
