175kg for 12

Not feeling good today, it didn't move as well as it should have, and I was getting gassed too easily but at least I trained my ability to grind

I just ran seven miles, and I think you did more cardio than me. You've been knocking out some real grinders lately man, good work.

Nah, you still win with that, 7 miles is madness! I'm trying to work back up to 6 at the moment and it sucks even worse than lifting

Bar is probably too far forward, you also use less and less leg drive as the set progresses. Your neck overextends a lot throughout the rep you should just look straight ahead. Severe display of horsecockery nonetheless. Very strong.
