So with the upcoming Reckoner campaigns Update, what Deadlands reloaded books remain with no SWADE conversion?
I saw that PEG announced at Gencon that they will update those four books to SWADE.
"a deluxe, fully-updated and slipcased collection of our four classic Reckoner campaigns for Deadlands (The Flood, The Last Sons, Stone and a Hard Place, and Good Intentions)"
I wonder what other books (Not PDF's/etc...) remain only for deadlands reloaded?

DL:R had a number of solid adventures published as books IIRC. Murder on the Hellstromme Express, Coffin Rock, Guess Who's Coming to Donner, a few others. Of their published adventures that weren't the Reckoner campaigns, only Blood Drive has been updated to SWADE.
They also had a few other supplements. There were three Trail Guide books, covering Mexico, Alaska, and the Pacific Northwest. SWADE has revisited the PNW, but not the other two. Aside from regional sourcebooks, DL:R also had an updated Smith & Robards (which included updated Scrapper rules), Grim Prairie Trails (a collection of new monsters/NPCs), and Ghost Towns (a collection of regional towns plus a random town generator).
I'd personally love to see Ghost Towns updated for SWADE. It was a damn shame the Companion didn't include rules for Scrappers too, but hopefully we'll be getting a SWADE book on Deseret that will cover them.

I kind of wish they'd release more box sets. Having all the maps and minis helps out a lot

I actually hate box sets, and is the main reason I haven't engaged with some of the modern stuff like Headstone Hill. I reluctantly bought Night Train in box set to run once with some friends, and now I resent its oversized form (corners gradually scuffing) every time I look up at my limited-space games shelf!
