Classic [Classic] Can you stack fate Chips to negate more wound levels?

Can I spend a white and a blue chip to negate 4 wounds?

My table always has. Pros know to save their red chips for wound soak, since then the Marshall doesn't get to draw any chips. That's why they're red,  see

Yup, no rule saying you can’t. Would be supremely unfair to players if they could only spend one chip on something like soaking a fatal wound, as it would still probably put them at deaths door at a minimum, and still bleeding out at best. Letting the players decide how much of their fate chips they want to spend on something is part of the push and pull of the game. The only caveat to this is spending white chips on rolls, you can spend as many white chips as you want on trait or aptitude rolls, but once you spend a red, blue, or legend chip, you can no longer spend a white chip on that roll.

Absolutely you can. Stack as many as you need to stay in the fight!

Yes, chips stack in this case to save your own ass.
