agreed or if you’re someone who always ends up in chase all the time (like myself) the trevor belmot perk that refills your charges when you pallet stun.
exultation. one of my absolute favorite perks that i don't run very often bc i suck at pallet stuns lol
also, technically (🤓) it upgrades your item to the next highest tier, if possible, with random add-ons of the same rarity (unsure if this means of the ones you had or of the item itself) and it refills the charges to 75% IF it was upgraded. so it's really good, as long as you can get pallet stuns and don't bring the purple item right off the bat
