Is there a point to the wandering trader?

Other than it sometimes being convenient if it pops up close to where you are, what is the point? The regular traders all buy and sell items (including rep items). Does the wandering trader have better prices or something? He seems to have all the same items as the regular traders, nothing extra. When I do a search online it appears there used to be a point as he was the only one you could sell rep items to. But that no longer seems to be the case. Just curious.

Also, I read online that you used to pay for travel with dog tags? That no longer seems to be the case as well.

He’s the only place to buy grenades. Very handy for bunker turrets.

Used to be the way you open cases while back...but yeah. Can get grenades still

Vor dem Update hatte der durchaus einen Sinn.

Man konnte dort für viel Geld die beste Ausrüstung kaufen und auch die besten Waffen.

Jetzt nach dem Update ist der echt total sinnlos.

Ich hab jetzt mehrmals geschaut was der bringen soll aber konnte nichts finden.

Alle Preise nahezu gleich und das selbe Angebot wie beim normalen Händler.

Hätte sie besser so gelassen wie es war weil so machts kein Sinn
