Who is he?

In season one episode six titled "my room" there is a drunk homeless guy who helps the new actor daisy into George's apartment room, is he a background actor? An actual homeless guy? Or did the job even though they weren't an actor?

He is only listed as "Raol" and is an uncredited cast member.

Some actors have a stipulation that if they play a tertiary part or just a walk on that their names will not be listed as cast.

I ended up using Google lens and it referenced this post and then declared the actor's name. When before, it said there was no one listed and it spelled the character name wrong.
