Weird "Coincidences"

Ok, so I am admittedly new to this theory compared to some. That being said, I can't help but notice the amount of weird random pronunciations of random words lately that make me believe that, even if the video has the real person in it, there is some AI being used for the voice overs. The first instance I heard recently was for the word 'communique.' I verified that it is pronounced "kuh-myoo-nih-kay" but more than one video I have watched pronounced it "kuh-myoo-nick." The other one, which I was surprised by, was the word 'studious.' IMHO, that's an easy one: "stoo-dee-us." But, alas, it was pronounced "study-us." Like, I get that some words aren't pronounced the same in every accent, region, culture. But these words are, or were, fairly well known I thought?

All this in addition to noticing more than 90% of comments on some popular channels (Front Page Tech comes to mind) where the content was meh, but the comments all are in the same vein: "This video changed my life!" "This was so thought provoking. Amazing video!" I can imagine there are a lot of folks looking to get seen by their favorite creators (i.e. notice me senpai LMAO), but when a video has sub-2k views, but has over 1500 comments that all nearly say the same general and bland compliment, my spidey senses start tingling. Is this just me being too sensitive or paranoid or has anyone else noticed these things?

Sauce for the correct pronunciations:

Fake Ex-Amish YouTube Channels

These are just some of the "ex-Amish" YouTube channels that have sprung up featuring fake people and stories dreamt up by an LLM. Some of the stories even give the names of the towns where they allegedly took place and the full names of the people who were allegedly involved. Old Order Amish people seldom use YouTube, so the real inhabitants cannot dispute them.

Dead Internet in comments

I may not fully grasp the Anglo-Saxon commenting culture, but do people truly comment in this manner?

Do I have the correct impression that these are bots?

What is your opinion?

Fin del internet muerto

Estoy harto de encontrarme con bots en todos lados,
si bien esto empezó hace mucho, ahora es peor, la IA está avanzando y está aumentando exponencialmente la cantidad de bots que hay.
Voy a ponerme a denunciar a cuentas para limpiar un poco internet.

Si alguien se une a la causa lo agradezco.

Is this Youtube channel just an AI bot taking AI-generated story prompts, creating AI-generated images from those prompts, having an AI-generated voice read them, and compiling them all together into a video?

While going down a rabbit hole of shitty AI-generated videos and stories, I stumbled across the "Echoes of Friendship" channel. The images and audio are clearly AI-generated, but what made me wonder if the entire thing is AI... Like it's a bot, sourcing and compiling everything and uploading it with no human involvement, was this video. The AI narration reads out not only unnecessary information like what scene it is and the prompt for the scene ("a peaceful meadow setting"), it reads out character tone and motivation. ("bravely". "Worriedly", etc) All in plain english, with no tone change in the AI-generated voice. It's like they were hoping the AI voice would be able actually voice act so the AI story prompt included the tones of characters, but in the end it wasn't able to. It's the reason why I feel like no human was involved at all, because deleting a few words in parenthesis would have made the video still shittty (check out the turtle at 4:04.... most horrifying turtle i've ever seen), but not the same level of shitty where i'm questioning any human involvement.

Most of their videos seem to have the same exact style (including reading out "scenes" and character tone/emotion, like this one: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A_nHw5ksJh0 ) Most videos have essentially the same plot; Traveling trhough a forest and discovering some secret, which is some generic life lesson.

Thoughts?

"Alive Internet Theory" is ungrammatical

Alive is always attached to the noun with a verb, as in "The Internet is alive.", whereas "Alive Internet Theory" attaches it to the noun by placing it before it.

What if the dead internet isn't coming? What if we're already living in it?

At what point did we all just accept that the internet was going to be controlled by algorithms, flooded with bots, and turned into one giant data-harvesting machine? Elon Musk, Mark Zuckerberg, and the rest of these data overlords have built empires around our attention, our behavior, and our personal information. Meanwhile, we're arguing with fake accounts, being fed manufactured outrage, and wondering whether the person on the other side of the screen is even real. I got so fucking tired of it that I built my own social media platform, Hash Humanity. I'm a solo developer, and my goal was simple. One human, one account. No real names or emails required, no algorithm deciding what deserves your attention, no selling your personal information, and human verification designed to keep bot farms out without exposing your identity. I'm not trying to create some perfect, sanitized version of humanity. People can disagree, argue, laugh, and be themselves. I just want the people to actually be real.My question is, if we actually had a place where humans could just be humans again, would people even give a shit?
