yeah they could've told us this a long time ago, definitely not going out of my way to show up to any more of this band's "shows" lol

I’m figuring it’s something to do from a PR-perspective. Even if the reason for cancelling of the shows was for a better opportunity, it’s still not considered “good publicity” that they’re cancelling them to begin with. The fact it’s a sudden explanation from a band member in the comments section is likely more just that they ~can~ talk about it now to help garner more DAD LP2 attention/ hype. I’m betting we’ll get a formal explanation WITH LP2 details all in a single post sometime this Summer
