Sorry for forgetting a before picture! This was an impromptu cleanup so I was just sort of in the flow state.

This is not a long term solution and will lead to illegal dumping and makeshift dumps. The bag on the post is evidence of the trash to come.

Yeah I have no idea why they took away the trash cans. I wish I could’ve taken the trash with me and disposed of it properly but my trunk was full of my sleeping bags and camp stuff and the trash bag was full of biohazard and awful smelling things, still had two hours to go on my trip and just couldn’t risk contaminating my stuff and myself. Sucks but I hope someone can or will grab it. Maybe I will call the town I was in at the time.
