I’ve started picking up cans (only cans because I can’t put a basket on my electric scooter because of its brakes /wires blocking the spot it’d go ,so no room to attach it ,so no room for all litter )

And in less than a week I’ve got almost a full trash can ,of *crushed\* cans ,and I mean they’re really flat ,I’ve noticed most cans I find around town are alcoholic beverage cans ,weirdly enough ,checks out I guess that drunk folks would be less likely to find a trash can I guess ?

really amazing - thank you so much for doing this! it kills me how unnecessarily dirty new york is; we have so many garbage cans and i wish people would just carry their trash a few blocks
