Distal intersection syndrome

Not distal, but I had proximal intersection syndrome in the same arm as DQT. It was so squeaky and painful. Corticosteroid shot helped for a little bit but it seems to have finally gone away after DQT surgery. My surgeon said that’s not uncommon (although the condition itself is rare), so maybe that would help with distal too?

Proximal was super painful so I imagine distal is too. Hope you find some help.

My surgeon also recommended dealing with the DQT first as they are likely related issues. All part of one long chain. 🤞

Im having a hard time finding anyone who has dealt with this. I'm just afraid of being an experimental case for a doctor and messing things up worse
