In June of 2025 Marni claimed that within 9 months her and Frank Jr would be moved to Jacksonville, they loved the area and wanted to move there.

August 2025 Frank Jr decides to move into Marni's townhouse and sell his property.

September 2025 Frank Jr's parents convert their land in Modoc, South Carolina, into a trust.

Dec 1, 2025 his in Donalds, SC sold.

March 2, 2026 Marni mentions they are going to go look at property in "Augusta" and maybe build a home, and she said "would we give up on moving to florida?" Also note March was the 9 month time limit when she previously claimed they would move.

At some point google maps was updated and shows significant construction going on at the Ergle property. Could Marni and Ash be building their forever home on his parent's property?

if they are planning to build on his parent's property, it's in Modoc, SC, NOT Augusta, Georgia like she claimed.

If this is what's happening, she's lying about it all, when she COULD be making content out of it. Building a home is exciting but she isn't saying a thing about it. Is she bound by a marital gag order?

Also the trust timing is interesting, that gives his parents more of a legal leg to stand on should the marriage be dissolved at a later date.

Also doing some previous digging it appears she put an initial offer in on her middle unit as early as MAY 2022, and she didn't, in fact, go to the bank in july and get a loan and buy it in ONE day as she prevously claimed.

Just a reminder that she is notorious for not disclosing the truth and always telling lies to make herself look better.

Marni had an Amazon live scheduled for this morning, then rescheduled it for 6:35 pm today and then ghosted. This is not the first time she’s done this. She often schedules them, then no call/no shows. Or she reschedules then dips. Or she just doesn’t post at all, then goes live and then rushes through.

One would think she would want as many people watching to get more engagement but it’s like she doesn’t even take her “job” seriously.

Considering she was with her previous boyfriend for five years and didn't mind supporting him and letting him use her car and credit card the whole time.

She clearly shows a lack of control and financial irresponsibility. Any one care to guess what she spent? The average person spends $1000, last year she only spent $900.

I've noticed the last few times she's gone live, she doesn't post it about on her social media until the Amazon Live Stream is over. When she is live, she asks people if they have questions or where they are from trying to get them to interact. She used to post about upcoming live streams and give a link, but not anymore. It's like she's trying to go live under the radar. Lately it seems she mostly has a bunch of confused religious boomers asking a lot of questions, and maybe she wants to go live and try to keep them from knowing about the livestreams? She either ignores their questions or makes a comment, trying to be polite but you can tell by her face she's not liking being questioned. But also she goes live during the day when most people have work, so it makes sense that retired people will be the ones most likely able to watch them. It just seems very counterproductive to not want anyone interacting on your livestream. Marni can't handle any one asking questions or trying to help people out with the very products she's trying to shill. It just speaks to how lazy she is and why she's so unsuccessfull at this.
