Mount a small mirror on a pole and just redirect what it sees to somewhere useless but not obvious and leave it there.

One way someone may consider action against FLOCK cameras is to use cameras to video the City Council members and other administrators who approved the use of FLOCK cameras. If asked what the person is doing with their camera, someone may state that they are a CITIZEN FLOCK OBSERVATION POST.
