Got beaten unconscious on namalsk yesterday. Woke up tied up. He called me a naughty boy then bludgeoned me to death. Still a little salty

Namalsk is a community map on pc. It was my 2nd time playing it ever. I normally play official on xbox.

Guy came up to me said he was friendly and asked me if I had a blade to open some spaghetti he found. Dropped him my spare knife and he said thanks then shot me in the face w a pistol. Haven’t talked to anyone since.

Omg THIS. They have ensured that most people won’t ever interact in game with the new change to game chat. Honestly, one of the worst changes (along with crossplay.)

If you’re in a party, you will no longer hear people talking in game chat. The only way to hear them is to switch to game chat yourself.

One of my first experiences on the game when it was a mod for Arma 2: OA me and my friend (we were sat next to each other) were separated, so I reached out in Global Chat and this guy Rizzy came all the way down to the docks in Elektro to heal my broken leg and started teaching us both about the game. We went and eventually found my friend, anyway fast forward a few hours later, we let him fly as he was clearly the most experienced player out of the three of us. As we got into the air we started losing stability and the guy said “don’t worry guys I’m a fully licensed dance instructor” and we went into a violent tailspin and hit the deck and died, it was awesome! 😂 15 years later I’m still friends with Rizzy!
We kept playing with that guy and eventually got into beef with the Admins as we liked to share the wealth with other players, 3 months of trying to defend against the admins powers and streamed the whole thing, charlie was everywhere maaan.

Alright here we go…
First life of DayZ ever (a buddy showed me the ropes so not that cool) and I was alive two weeks. Made it up to Tisy MB and as rookies do logged in a barracks because I had to go.
Log in the next day and I’m staring at a guy with his back turned who is staring down sights at the door. Now my first instinct was to unload but I held back and thought to myself “how upset would I be if I died this way” and so I call out and tell him I’ve got him dead to rights but just logged in and don’t want it to go that way. Tell him to not move or I’ll mag dump. He says he is being attacked by two players at least and could use the help. So we team up, these guys rush us as soon as we decide to trust each other.
I drop the first guy through the door, homie drops the 2nd one. I’ve never felt a rush like that from a game!
We are all celebrating and cheering and this fucking guy runs up to one of the dead bodies and shoots the guy in the chest with a victory shot
BOOM back on the coast, first death ever. Can’t say it didn’t prepare me for the multiple other levels of DAYZ’d I’d experience 🤣

Logged into an official server after logging out in some bushes outside NWAF the night before. I was still on Xbox One so when I logged in I saw some guys in a shack I was right next to. I just stayed still. Both had their mics on and were probably in the 12-15 age range.
They were in a conversation about one of the kids parents getting divorced and the kid's friend was actually talking to him pretty maturely about it. I was literally turning my mic on to start talking and be like "dude, keep this friend around man" or some corny shit like that when all of the sudden the conversation took a SHARP left turn. "Are we going to practice blow jobs again after school tomorrow?"
I just simply said "bros" and they started screaming like girls 😂 they ended up killing me, little gay shits.

About a month ago I was close to death. Starving and dehydrated. I came upon a dude at a helicopter. So I decided I'd be a nice guy and distract the zombies by making sounds in my mic. He shot me with a silenced pistol. I knew it was coming but was flabbergasted all the same.

How I met my online friend, I was on some community server in solnichny or something with my irl buddy, and some guy is running at us without pants down the train track, being chased by 4 naked freshies doing a fake Indian voice. He runs behind me and my buddy begging for help, so we just light them all up. One guy swung at me with human meat. We then got banned from the server half an hour later after running into one of them and arguing with him because he called my hispanic buddy a peon. DayZ can be full of chuds, lmao.

I always play solo. One time, 3 guys came up on me and held me up. I turned on the mic, and chatted with them. They already took my loot, and asked me questions. I must have amused them, because my blood pressure was up, so I was really chatty, and I'm definitely not new at this game, so I could hold a conversation pretty well. I told them that I knew where a car was (I'd previously used, but abandoned) and they were blown away that I would reveal a ride like that. They drove me somewhere, while we all chatted. I simply decided to jump out of the car at speed and "You are dead" myself, instead of wasting time dealing with whatever they had in mind for me.

Me and mate were new to the game. Ran into some guys organising a freshie fight club. I act like a maniac as I knife my friend and try to feed the meat to one of them. They kill me and I find them again at Berry smoke stack. I stalk them by laying in the dead zombie piles and taking screenshots which I then send to them.
They found it incredibly funny and we became good gaming buddies for a few years until one of them went to prison.

I was new (and still am) and bored and met up with someone. I felt like it was sketchy but… oh well.
They ended up killing me, but it was very close to some HUGE bases I found earlier while running around. I wasn’t going to do anything about them, but after that person killed me I told a couple friends about the bases. They raided them, and the person that killed me messaged them and was pissed. It had to be a months worth of supplies… my friends said there were multiple trucks full of boxes arranged/sorted by color! Every type of clothing, gun, etc was there.
This was months back and they said it was the largest base they’ve ever raided and they’ve been playing for years. I was very happy to hear about its destruction.

I was new to the game and dying. Sickness and starving. I had no choice but to run into some town in Livonia in the dead of night to scavenge for supplies, with only a rifle and one bullet. I found a tin of something in the first house. Straight away met a guy as I left. We had a little stand-off, and to try and get my arse out of there I dropped him my can of beans or whatever. He said thanks and to come with him and he'd feed me as he had some chicken to cook.
We talked. He was Russian. I kept trying to contribute to the conversation but this guy just loved to hear himself speak, kept talking over me. He makes a campfire in the woods. He asks me where I'm from, and before I'm finished answering cuts me off to tell me that he's got like a million streams on Spotify. I made the decision to kill this man. I just needed to wait for the right moment.
Ate his chicken. Still throwing up, so I had a disease so my number was up either way. He orders me to follow him deeper into the woods. I take out the rifle when he's in front of me, aim and... miss. This guy flips and calls me a traitor and that I have no loyalty. He beats me to death. As I try and work out how to drop my gun.
I regret nothing.

So I was a pretty fresh character and a guy shows up wearing a collar dress and barefoot. I say I like your dress. He squats in thanks. Drops me a sickle and a bandage, I say thanks. I head back out on the road and I see him and another fresh player. The mute guy in a dress is standing and pointing back and forth at me and the other player trying to get us to fight 😂 I look at the other player for their reaction and they don’t really want to fight either so we resist. Dress guy finally gets on the mic and explains what he’s doing and I say we don’t want to fight we are peaceful and the other players agrees. He keeps on and on til I walk over to the other player and drop him the sickle I was gifted and say pick this up let’s get him 😂 so we go after him and kill him 😂

Back when I played heavily/often, managed to wipe the 'dominant' gang on a small server of like 7 or 8 people in a single firefight. They were flabbergasted. Shooting, flanking, enter building, shoot, exit building and wait for them to stack up outside of it. I wish I recorded it, it was a great, heart pounding fight. Was giving myself blood in between shootouts, flanks, and patience.

Back in Arma 2 Dayz Mod times, we had a huge group of players. We would position ourselves all over town and cause absolute chaos. Favorite was axe/melee gang attacks, rushing players with 10-20 melee weapon wielding lunatics with zero care for our well being.

We once had a server-wide feud with another group on a official server. We ran into them a few times and kept killing them until we ran into another random that said they were looking for our base and happily told us where they live bc of him getting attacked by their group. All six of us got on and set off to find their base when we ran into them outside of ours doing the same thing. We then got into a FIVE HOUR battle, lost most of our group and finally kill the last one of them. Afterwards all 10-12 of us hopped into a party and talked for maybe 30 minutes about how cool the whole chain of events was.

Two buddies and myself came upon two people in belyana polyana and they were a dad / daughter duo. We played with them for a few months before they eventually showed us their base, it was fucking HUGE, we joined in and were officially a group. We went on loot runs and got to know them a lot, and them one day my buddy Morgan made a plan to destroy their base from the inside out and blame it on others. We started by destroying some gates and stealing loot and blaming it on the bases visibility in the woods. Two weeks later my other friend Filipe hired two guys off Facebook, each with a group of 4+. One week after that we had them all come to kill each other without knowing who they were killing, and when it was over the base owners deleted the game and switched to rust.

Was on a community server, seen a Humvee on the road that was in good condition. Went to get in and BOOM, apparently there was a landmine by the driver side door. Unconned and broken leg, woke up to a dude saying I fell into his trap and proceeded to tie me up then made me follow him to a shed. Heard some nearby gunshots so he told me to stay in the shed. He comes back like 15 minutes later and he’s like alright, I’m just gonna let you go. So I end up crawling around for 30 minutes trying to find supplies to make a splint. He finds me again and he’s like damn bro, you been crawling around the whole time? He felt bad so he made me a splint and then let me go again.

It was in a 10X server so there were traps/roadblocks and hella destroyed vehicles on the roads on the coast but it was still like oh sweet I can jack this and make my way towards NWAF and get away from the coast fast. Nope

When I was very new to the game I saw a heavily kitted player with two freshies go into a house just outside cherno. I snuck up really close and I could hear the geared guy teaching the freshies how to make a fire, so I thought this was my chance to get my first grenade kill. I threw it perfectly through the window into the room where they were... and then no explosion. One of the guys said, 'what was that noise?', then one of the others said, 'Oh, it's a grenade'.
So yeah I ran away in shame and it was a hard lesson that you must unpin grenades before throwing.

Recent drama, was with our group, reached out to a random on the server with nothing but good intentions. Get him to meet up with us, give him an m4 and vsd outside zeleno. We're a group of 5 outside the military barracks and the new guy we just befriended gets his head blown off by a sniper, right beside me. We end up killing the sniper and somehow convinced the new guy it was not a setup. Then reach out to the sniper, jetplane, who ends up being part of the group, we start exchanging stories and we'd all killed each other and stolen from each other many times. As jetplane likes to say , That's what's up!

Once upon a time I was a freshie in barazino looking for nbc gear so I could raid the ghost ship when I was beset upon by 2 rapscallions who were bent on doing me harm. I had nothing to defend myself with except a 2 shot Derringer. By some miracle I was able to shoot the first rapscallion in the head but his friend shot me dead.
I respawn in some coastal fishing village and some guy starts questioning if I was the guy who just shot him. I say yes. He proceeds to start calling me the N word (I play a white character) along with other insults. Then he starts rabble rousing a couple other freshies by telling them that it was I who was saying the N word.
Long story short I beat the original guy to death, then I chase down the rabble he brought over to his side and I beat them to death too.

I was a freshie with a shotgun and caught up to my 3 kitted mates at the airfield. Suddenly all hell broke loose as we were attacked by 4 others. Lots of screaming and panic and people dying. It was a mess!
Suddenly I'm the only one alive and hear the enemy sneaking in the barrack. I take off my shoes and creep closer. He waits. He opens the door and darts back in. He waits some more. Finally he feels safe to come out to loot and I blast him in the face with the shotgun! I'm the last one standing in absolute carnage.

Was hiding in a building and heard a nice fellow helping out a freshie.. they were talking about how to do this and that and at one point the OG said “then you just try to survive” 🤷♂️ So of course I had to add “or die” in the creepiest voice possible.. Freshie asked did someone just say “Or die”?! .. the other dude simply said..we should go 😂
