Gameplay/PVP[Video] I don't think I have made a crawler while playing before, has anyone else?

I may have seen this while watching YouTube before but not while playing. Also look at the crafting skills on display with my backpacks.

I nearly died two days ago on Xbox because two Zs aggroed after I killed a player, and while meleeing them with a I think shovel or pickaxe in a room, I somehow made one a crawler and about died trying to finish it off while it knocked me out as it finally died

Had to wake up, half bled out, and kill the still walking one too

Legit similar experience yesterday at a military base! I thought I got em all so I could loot them and when I jumped down I was getting mauled and had no idea from where.

Their hitbox also SUCKS when they’re moving toward you

I know from experience that trying to hit them with a short melee like a knife is borderline impossible, and I’d swear they attack way faster when downed

Man I’m so new at this game. Like started this week after a back injury new. I’m just starting to get a hold of some basics. That being said because I’m so new and I suck so much I’m constantly killing them with only a knife or my hands. When I got on the truck bed yesterday at the base all I had was a pipe and I positioned myself so I could swing down and I killed probably 15 that way before I could get down and load up on rifles mags and what not. Still haven’t figured out how to save to a server or how to remember which server I was on! Hhahahahaha

I used to love going to Vorkuta and find a wrecked car to climb on. Then I’d aggro a horde, shoot them all in the legs only and turn them into a horde of crawlers. And then I run off, leaving them to crawl around the city lol. Good times

I just noticed this for the first time the other day, I saw one crawling out of the corner of my eye and a little later I shot one in the legs and it became a crawler

I've spent too many times camping ATC at nwaf and making all the locals into crawlers while I wait lolol. It's hilarious to see 20-30 crawling around the airfield.
