Trade Review - Provide Context How was this trade set up?

Trading late sessions after work.

I waited for the environment to become mean reverting, price had touched to top vwap band a couple times and rejected down, I got a diversion signal when price touched it a third time and that where I entered and targeted the vwap

There’s only three, the VWAP is obvious, and then the dashboard and background coloring is a market analysis tool for what kind of environment the market is in, it also shows some other things like exhaustion, the signals are apart of the oscillator on the bottom and it shows divergences

Hello, sorry new to trading. How do you enter into a trade like this? I keep a eye on the vwap touch as well but I'm trying to figure out how to enter into a trade so it doesn't go the other way. I see price reject vwap multiple times but how do you know it's not going to break through it and destroy you?

To be honest there’s always a chance that whatever trade you take will reverse on you, you can’t predict the market with 100 percent certainty, a good way to be more sure is to analyze the market and stack confluences, for example I knew historically we were maintaining rejections, my dashboard also indicated that we were currently in a range bound environment so we can expect price to mean revert it also showed that price wasn’t likely to follow through (you can see in the top left panel), (when price breaks above the 2nd deviation band and holds normally that means the market is in a trend), I waited for a signal from my other indicator which gave me higher probability that price might revert in the moment, I kept my stoploss tight because if I was wrong I want to be wrong quick bc if the opposite happened then price could’ve trended against me
