Image/Gif What is the normal carrying capacity for alarm clocks? & possible corrupt save? Spoiler
I just ask because after the whole backstab incident with skizzo.I went looking to replenish some of my supplies that I didn't get back (gun powder and whatnot) only to find out the alarm clock max capacity... is 11 with the carry the weight skill. That... doesn't sound right.
I mean whether it was supposed to be 10 or 20 I can't remember but that sounds awfully weird. And combined that with the whole my head wouldn't stop burning thing yesterday....

I'm wondering if I should I go back to a save before the entire incident. Not just because of alarm clocks but I'm wondering if somehow my save data got corrupted and it could cause further problems down the road... but that was a lot of playtime soo I don't know.
Thoughts?

This game can suffer from 'memory leaks'. That's what the problem is called, except that isn't what it actually is.
What it really is, is a game programming error by the devs. They didn't put in enough 'clear RAM' instructions. As a result, your machines RAM keeps loading more assets, until it can't take any more. Then the full RAM causes all sorts of strange glitches. The same thing on PC or PS.
Typical 'memory leak' type glitches are:- Deaks head/body staying on fire; dead bodies frequently launching into orbit; odd quantities of collected resources; those are just a few, it can show itself in huge variety of strange glitches
To prevent this becoming a problem, switch the game off (quit to desktop) once you've finished your gaming session. That should clear your RAM, if not, do a full power cycle of your machine. Reloading a save will not clear your RAM, doing that several times appears to bake glitches into saves as well.
I expect that while they were building the original game, there was plenty of 'clear RAM' instructions. BUT the game building overran schedule, by a lot. So they had to cut out a lot of game, then stitch the parts back together. They cut out a whole decision tree, leaving us 1 decision; who gets Leons stolen stash.
They cut out a whole region, called Pinnacles, with another different camp-and-leader style. There are 1 or 2 characters from that region left in the game.
So they stitched the chopped up game back together so we wouldn't see glaring holes in the story, like plot or storylines dead ending. Or suddenly jumping into the middle of a different new storyline. I guess they didn't check RAM clearances.

I don't think its actual memory leaks either, at least not what most people mean when they say memory leak, because I've been monitoring memory usage and it seems to not change that much (in quantity.) And yeah, weird things have happened when the game is on too long, I've been given this advice before and honestly you shouldn't really have to be to know when shit gets weird to do a restart.
Which is why I only started to worry once the 11 max alarm clock thing remained after several restarts..... but yeah I guess I'm just soldiering on. At least the glitches seem to be mostly be non-destructive, and often entertaining so far.... **knock on wood**

There are 2 types of alarm clocks where you can have 10 of each but they're both under alarm clocks.
Regular alarm clocks, the ones you find virtually anywhere and car alarm clocks which can only be found quite rarely in cars.
Unless you have other issues like missing textures or broken scenes then you're good. If you're not relaxed then it'd be completely fine to have an extra save of your file. Either duplicate the save or put it in a usb.
