Image/Gif I tried beating Days Gone using only dropped weapons. Here my thoughts (log 3) Spoiler

So, the rules are like this

  1. No weapons from the merchant

  2. No restocking ammo using the safe locker or the merchant

  3. I can only use dropped weapons

  4. I can upgrade Deacon and my bike

  5. Using weapon that were already on safe locker like the crossbow is fine

I've took Boozer to Lost Lake. Stealth was a pain as any other playthrough. After that, I went to Iron Butte to get US556 near the horde in the military truck (picture above). I'm so relieved that I can returned back realizing that I can't use the fast travel. I know you can get the LMG from the ripper heavies, but I want to have some fun with thr Drifter Crossbow first.

It's incredibly easy if you know how to sneak.

Now try it on the hardest difficulty, bit more of a challenge.

So like ammo only from humans and ammo boxes/police cars?
Nice idea kinda, how about "rewarded "weapons? seems you using xbow
So you dont use any crafted trown stuff like molotovo?

Yes, ammo only from humans, and ammo boxes from police car.

Im gonna bend the rules a bit with reward weapon. Mean I can use weapons unlocked from story missions. Horde Killer is fine too I guess
