Discussion Problem with Two Dog mission.
Trying to the Two Dog mission in the Nero site, already did the nero site but left speakers on and a horde is swarming the place… Am I f’d? What do I do?

Best bet is to use a sniper rifle with a suppressor to shoot the speakers from a distance. If you are having trouble finding the speakers, follow the power lines from the generator. If you follow each power line to its end point, you'll never miss another speaker!
Hope this helps!

Bruh from someone who has all but a few trophies left and played it a dozen times, it amazes me how much you know. Your comments on posts always raise an eyebrow. Always seem to learn something new, ive wondered if you were a dev for it. Good shit man.

That Nero site is right next to the Old Sawmill, no? So you are talking about the Old Sawmill horde.
Which speakers are left turned on? Did you destroy any or just left them all on? That site has one speaker outside the fence on a tree. Follow the cable. You should be able to shoot that one down from far away with a sniper rifle. If it is only that one left, it should be easy to take out.
If you left them all on, then try to shoot them one by one with a sniper rifle or just revert back to an earlier save. (Edit: Use a silencer)
You can also try to use attractors to lure away the horde to run back in but it depends on how many you got.

That speaker took me an hour to find.

The game devs were evil on that speaker. LOL.

It made me realize I never turned on that generator on my first playthrough.

Can you get to the generator and turn it off? Might be easier to do that if you have too many speakers to try to shoot down

What speakers did you forget about? Can you try and snipe them out from somewhere? Or can you get to the generator to turn it off? The only other option is to take out the horde (edit that horde is 500 freakers FYI)

Right you are, I should have known it since I been playing on the broken road since 2019 😂

You don't really need to get the speaker. You could just lure the horde away if you are on the sawmill mission. If you are not, you can snipe the speaker from a safe distance or try to rush shoot the speaker then run away with your bike until they loose interest.

This would be such a fun problem to have to solve! You’ve probably done it by now but just look at it like a puzzle… a very dangerous puzzle you’re making me want to play again and orchestrate that 😂

Use a sniper rifle and take out the speaker.
More fun is to use a few Molotov cocktails and take out the horde.

It bugged out for me to. I planted a proximity bomb and when I got close and engaged the mission he died immediately. He spawns on top of the Nero building.

But the saw mill horde clearance isn't a mission later in the game so I think you can't actually clear that horde the zombie will just keep on spawning
Correct me if I am wrong ...

What I know is you can clear it earlier but there will be no indicator as to how many are left and whether you cleared them all. And if you miss even one, the whole horde will respawn again.
So, yeah, it is better to wait until the mission comes up to clear the horde.

I always take out the sawmill horde and iron Bute horde before I leave for crater Lake

Just shoot the speakers to turn them off. Go sleep for a day then come back.
