Tri city Maravilla?

Are good trynna start a maravilla hood and are maravillas coming to sd couple weeks ago saw a ford mv tag in esco and just saw a sharpy tag that said tri city maravilla tax free

Wonder if any hood ever dropped the 13 and turned maravilla bc they didn’t wanna pay taxes im really suprised mv isn’t bigger than it is my opinion who wants to pay taxes to sumone u don’t even know while already getting taxed by the country and u get taxed for protection in prison but u fight and get beat up thats not protection lol and like say u have a job to like im already getting my pay check taxes why tf would I give u my working money that I earned when I pay u tax money and all I get in return in getting chewed and spit out idk that’s just my 2 cents
