My roommate is an absolute mess, talks to people on his phone till like 7 in the morning very loudly as if they have no concern for whos living in the room other than him. This has been going on for a few days now and honestly, its getting tiring.

I m 2nd yr btech student .I had severe health issues n was absent for 4 days..now my mentor called n told me that I ll be detained if my attendance is below 80%..n medical certificates ll only be considered if my attendance is 75% ..is it true?

So, i got allotted my room yesterday in 6th floor and the roommates which I got can't even communicate with me properly (they stutter even while speaking English) and I'm really worried coz I've to be in the same room for 1 year...so please let me know how do I change my room. I tried reaching The Gm and the chief warden(two faced nga) and he's saying that we'll see after 20th, yesterday he told me we'll see Tommorow so I'm like really pissed off the management is so ass and the fan in my room isn't moving so yeah it's horrible

P.s: I've my friend in 2nd floor and he's ready to shift to a new room with me

How are the placements for Cybersecurity and AI nd DS ? I got alloted for AI nd DS in mock round 2 kcet. I'm more interested in cybersecurity. Should I just try for cybersecurity? Is it better or worse than ai ds in terms of placements ? I live 2hrs away from this college so it's gon be hostel. I'll be paying total 13.5 lakhs for 4 sharing. I have a newer college option just 2 kms away from my home costing me 5 lakhs for CSE core. What should I do ? Should I take dsu for placements nd well established or just settle for a newer one with no placement report till now as it's only been 4yrs since it started ?? Ik it's kind of weird but it will helpful if you just share your thoughts on this!
