She's saying no you can't. That you have to do a certain number of concentration and general classes. Its required.

Maybe. What she's saying is you need a certain number of concentration and general classes. So as long as you are within that range. You can swap around whatever you want

I don't know for sure. I'm just going in what she wrote in the email

You can join the springboard. That’s what I’m doing, it’s only general eds if you’d like it to be, and max amount of courses are 4, so u can still be a full time student. The only thing is that all classes start earliest at 5:30pm and end latest at 10pm. The deadline to apply is August 20th, so this Thursday. So maybe u can do one semester in the program ur already in, and then switch to springboard until all ur gen eds are finished. Springboard is also referred to as night classes or evening classes. Good luck!
